About Me
I started my love for photography after getting my first "real" camera, a Canon AE-1 Program. At that point I only did it as a hobby, not thinking of it as a career. Years later while working as a Sous Chef, the head Chef asked me to bring my camera in to take photos of the food that he created. It was during these impromptu photo sessions that I realized that I liked taking the photos of food more than cooking it so back to school I went to learn to do this professionally. Since then I have worked as both a freelancer and for corporations. I also spent 11 years as a photographer for the US Navy Reserves traveling around the world to document Navy life, humanitarian missions, and military operations.
